Join us for a warm and inspiring virtual cooking class via Zoom that goes beyond the recipe learning an Umbrian traditional soup!
Zuppa di Farro e Legumi (Spelt and legume soup) is an invitation to slow down and experience the comforting rhythms of Italian seasonal home cooking. Guided by renowned Italian cooking instructor Paola Albanesi, we’ll learn how simple, humble ingredients come together to create a deeply nourishing Umbrian winter soup, rooted in Umbrian tradition yet perfectly at home in Pacific Northwest kitchens.
